I was having back problems. I could not get out of bed for 3 days. My PCP gave me some meds which finally allowed me to get out of bed, but I was still having stiffness and had limited mobility. A friend who goes to CGM recommended it to me. I was reluctant at first, because I wanted to see my Orthopedic first, but that was 2 weeks away, so I decided to go for 3 sessions. After just the 1st session, i had a little more mobility. I felt much better after the 3rd session so I decided to go for a 4th.
